"I’m Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong and I was wrongfully convicted of the Pizza Bomber / Collarbomber conspiracy with no physical evidence and based on perjury testimony of ex-inmates and my only codefendant who was caught on wiretap by his blood brother and former cell mates and pled guilty to a forty-five year plea bargain.
My court appointed lawyer was totally ineffective and the prosecution oriented judge didn’t give us any chance at pretrial motions. And there are a number of issues that should be grounds for an appeal.
I’m Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong and I need help, please, to get a criminal lawyer to appeal this in federal court. I also need a civil lawyer to help me recover over two million dollars that my mother gave to me that was usurped by my ninety-two year old father, a life long alcoholic with dementia, who lost it to a pack of vultures. Two lake houses, a house in the city, two motor homes, classic car and truck, and much money taken from me by a lawyer. One primarily and his associates.

I will be sixty-two years old in February, no charges or convictions for even a bad check, shoplifting or any robbery, ATM or credit card fraud or anything like that. I was diagnosed with cancer last April and need to deal with serious disease for the first time in my life and want to work toward my release so I can do this. A so called codefendant not even known to me lied to the Feds and got complete immunity, a twice convicted rapist who did twelve years for violent rapes, and who was living with the Mastermind. He admitted to the Grand Jury that he alone put the collarbomb on Brian Wells, not me. As Kenneth Barnes lied to try and reduce his forty-five year prison sentence twenty years and get back at me for rejecting his repeated advances and turning him in for selling crack cocaine. I’d just like to see a little justice for myself.
Why are they putting this on me? They didn’t give me the chance to take a lie-detector test. Others that they called as witnesses didn’t even pass them on the case. And Bloodhounds (search dogs), Tinkerbell and Knight, even led to these witnesses they used against me. Why frame me? I was offered a five year plea bargain, but I am innocent. There is no physical evidence against me, only liars. Please someone help me get an appeal. I will fully compensate anyone that can help me just as soon as I can."
